This ensures that the agreement remains operational and protects the Company from potential loopholes or disruptions caused by isolated invalid clauses.
12.3 No waiver of any term shall be considered continuing.
Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms on a specific occasion does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future. Users cannot assume that any non-enforcement grants ongoing rights beyond the explicit terms stated.
12.4 Users may not transfer rights without consent.
Users are prohibited from transferring, assigning, or delegating their rights or obligations under these Terms without explicit written consent from Woodman Furniture India. Woodman Furniture India retains the right to transfer or assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without prior notice.
